Sebens Named Parkland Golf Coach

July 15th, 2015
The Parkland College Athletic Department is pleased to announce that Corbin Sebens will continue on as the Cobra Golf Coach. Sebens was named the interim coach in November 2014 after former coach Zachary McNabney resigned due to health reasons. Sebens coached the team this past spring after McNabney's passing in January.  Under Sebens, the Cobras won the Illinois College Blue Boy Invite and were the Region 24 Runner-Up, losing by just one stroke to ICC for a trip to Nationals.

"I am very happy that Corbin will return as our Head Coach" said Parkland Athletic Director Rod Lovett. "Corbin took over during a very difficult time and handled his responsibilities admirably."  "He is knowledgeable and enthusiastic and is determined to build on the success that Coach McNabney and his teams achieved."
